Only if talking about Linux. There, you could use the open build
service to build for most current linux systems like
- openSUSE
- Redhat
- Fedora
- CentOS
- SUSE Linux Enterprise
- Debian
- Ubuntu
- Mandriva
- ScientificLinux

Infrastructure for this is freely available at
build.opensuse.org
It requires though to only add software that is free to distribute (no
protection of downloads available at that instance).
