[ncl-install] (no subject)

Yes I tried with the capital V and there is no output...I will use the 32
bit version of cygwin instead of 64 although I hope this won't conflict
with my windows 7  64bit system. The output of that command is:
-rwxrwxrwx 1 Bama4 None 38199729. Sep 1 2014. /home/Bama4/usr/local/ bin/ncl
