[ncl-install] Learning NCL

Greeting,

I am completely new in NCL program. I installed this program successfully on mac. I am planning to be familiar with some basic commands for before entering into my task. But, I could not find the well organized documents with each steps on website. Could you suggest me how to progress to learn the NCL well and any document or videos that is really helpful.
