[ncl-install] about ncarg graphics

Hello all,

I have been using using NCL version 6.1.2 (precompiled NCL binary).
NCL scripts works fine.

I want to know whether NCARG  Graphics has been installed properly or
not in my machine. AS one my program RIP4 needs NCARG graphics,
unfortunately I could not build it.

I would appreciate your help on it.
