[ncl-install] 32b RHEL 6 version

I think there's something wrong with one of your include paths.

In your make-output file, I saw:

-I/usr/include/freetype2/freetype/config

This should be:

-I/usr/include/freetype2/freetype

I think you can fix this in your $NCARG/config/Site.local file on your "IncSearch" line and then rerun "make Everything".

The error was it couldn't find "freetype/config/ftheader.h", which I think the above change will fix.
