[ncl-install] (no subject)

Hi,



Can any one  tell me how to install   Cygwin/X? I downloaded the setup file. But failed  at step no. 13 of "Installing Cygwin/X" . First of all, I did not get the list of
"available download sites:" So I added a few sites; but unable to
proceed further. The error message is: 



"unable to get setup.in from ftp://ftp.lug.udel.edu"



Please help.
