[ncarg-talk] ncl installation error

 Dear sir,
I want to install NCL on window10 using Cygwin. Yesterday I download its
cygwinn tar file and extract that usng the command given in mannual. but by
mistak I delete .bashrc and  .bash_frofile files. when I retry to extract
that tar.gz file the .bashrc and .bash_files anre not generated. so what I
can do to get these files and how to set up environment on cygwing using
nedit?
