[NARCCAP-discuss] Sea Surface Temperatures (SST) in NARCCAP

Hi Darrin,

My understanding is limited, but I think what basically it comes down to is
that surface air temperature (tas) comes from the bottom layer of the modeled
atmosphere, whereas skin temperature (ts) comes from the surface scheme.
