Dear Postdocs,



I am pleased to announce that the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) has
developed an Individual Development Plan (IDP) template that you can employ
to plan your career development and research goals.



This IDP template provides a framework to assist you in making the most of
your postdoc experience by helping you to identify short- and long-term
goals, areas and resources for improvement, initiate career-planning
discussions with your mentor(s), and track your accomplishments.
