[Grad-postdoc-assn] Postdocs and Proposals: April 26th

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to remind you all that the discussion on postdocs and
proposals will happen tomorrow.

I suggest that you read the PI Eligibility Guidelines here:
https://ncar.ucar.edu/budget-and-planning/ucar-pi-eligibility-guideline

before the meeting.  The document tends to discourage postdocs as PIs.
However, there are exceptions and we'll be talking about those tomorrow
with Valerie Koch from the Budget and Planning office at NCAR.  UCAR
postdocs who are interested should also attend as the rules are basically
the same.

Who:  This discussion is relevant for any postdoc at UCAR who is a UCAR
employee
