The chair group of Hydrology and Quantitative Water Management at
Wageningen University (The Netherlands) invites applications for an
academic position at the level of tenure track assistant professor on the
subject of 'Subsurface Hydrology'. Exceptionally qualified candidates may
be considered for a tenured position at the level of Associate Professor.

The specific area of research and teaching is Subsurface Hydrology at the
catchment scale (including hydrogeology), with a focus on groundwater. This
involves both quantitative analysis methods (namely groundwater flow
modelling, including aquifer-stream interaction) as well as field research
and experiments aiming at hydro(geo)logical system survey and analysis.
