For those with Visas, the visa specialist will be out of the office for 
a couple of weeks starting next week.  If you have international travel 
plans and need her assistance, please contact her as soon as possible.

 From May 20th to June 3rd, HR's International Visitor and Scholar 
Services will be available for urgent inquiries only. If you have any 
visa needs for the near future, please contact me now so we can get them 
started and/or finished up if possible, before May 20th.

Also, I know that Memorial Day is a big travel weekend. If you have 
foreign nationals who will be traveling during this time, please be sure 
to have them contact me now to make sure they have everything they need 
from me for international travel.

During this time, I will do my best to continue to be on email, but 
there may be short times when I am not available.
