NCAR Fellows-
   I'm writing to inform you about an exciting opportunity.
V. Ramanathan, Distinguished Professor of Climate and
Atmospheric Sciences and Director of the Center for
Clouds, Chemistry and Climate at Scripps Institution of
Oceanography University of California - San Diego, is
offering a course that you are invited to sit in on. Some
lectures will be available via videocon from Scripps, while
other will be live at NCAR while Ram is in residence here.
   The course syllabus and schedule are attached, FYI.
The lectures will be posted on the web two days before
each lecture. Several reading materials (papers) will also
be posted at the web site. Ram has requested that I
provide him with a head-count for planning purposes.
