[Grad-postdoc-assn] social July 19, 6pm!!!

Hello All,

well, we're rapidly approaching the end of an era (well, certainly at 
least the end of two years!); Mike and Kristen are heading off to 
"greener pastures" this month, so we'd like to turn this month's July 
informal social into a rousing send-off party for them!

Date: Thursday, July 19
Time: 6pm
Place: To Be Determined (either Foolish Craigs of the Hungry Toad)

If you think you'll make it, so we can reserve enough seating please

p.s. since Mike and Kristen compose the "lion's share" of the 
illustrious grad-postdoc "social committee", and since Tom will be 
wrapping up his postdoc over the next few months, we welcome any new 
bold and creative co-conspirators to ensure it's long and storied (i.e. 
the past 24 months) tradition is maintained. So if you're interested, 
please send to the selection committee either: A) a cover letter, 2 
references, and 10 page essay on why you want (and deserve) to be part 
of this highly esteemed and highly formalized "committee"; OR B) send an 
email saying, "yes, I'll do it -- it's about time you all left!".
