[GO-ESSP] Working Comittee on Searching

I'm getting the page together on the kwiki for the committee that will 
explore infrastructure and strategies for Search and Discovery.   For 
those interested in being part of this group, please email me so that I 
can gather a list of interested parties.

Please also include your suggestions for topics that you would like 
committee to explore.
