[Go-essp-tech] Interpolation from sigma to height --

Hello Martin,

Do you think other users will want to know this too... If so will you
post your findings somewhere for others to refer to?  (Maybe this
belongs to the thread on CMIP5 user help that Sylvia, Estani, and
Stephen have been contributing to?)
