Applicant Notes:

The position description details both minimum requirements as well as desired skills and experience. Research shows that women and people of color, in particular, feel that they have to have 100% of the required *and* desired skills and experience before applying for a new job. We remind you that this is not the case - if you meet the minimum requirements, have the passion for the work, are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once, and you have experience working across cultures, we strongly encourage you to apply. We can provide on-the-job training for the rest.

We are asking you to submit answers to the following questions as part of your application, as they are the questions we are trying to answer when reviewing your resume. When answering these questions, please give us specific examples of your past experience. Please upload your answers along with your resume and cover letter, all as a single pdf document. If you have any questions about this process, please don't hesitate to contact Carolyn Brinkworth (carolyn at ucar.edu) or Kristen Luna Aponte (kaponte at ucar.edu).
