[Cosmic_announce] COSMIC data outage

Hi Josep,

Thank you for the information. 
COSMIC-2 is not tracking nominally at this point.
We just started receiving IGS orbits again and will
get our operational data feed back on line asap.
We will send an email out when this is done.
