[Cosmic_announce] CDAAC 2 hour outage March 16th 2011

Dear CDAAC Data User:

On Wednesday March 16th 2011 starting at 1pm mountain daylight time, 
there will
be a 1-2 hour outage of all CDAAC data distribution and ingestion 
functions while we upgrade our hardware.

We regret any inconvenience caused by this outage!
