[Cosmic_announce] New FTP and web server available for CDAAC data

Greetings:

The machine:

ftp://cdaac-ftp.cosmic.ucar.edu/

Now contains all CDAAC post-processed data.

Users are requested to use this service instead of using wget via http from 
cosmic-io.cosmic.ucar.edu.

Those with data access accounts for CDAAC will be able to user their current 
user id and password for this new service.

New web access (including an updated database interface) is also available from

http://cdaac-www.cosmic.ucar.edu/cdaac/

Please use this new service rather than http://cosmic-io.cosmic.ucar.edu/cdaac/
