[Cosmic_announce] FM2 processing suspended for satellite firmware upload

Greetings!

Data processing at CDAAC for FM2 has been suspended to allow us to upload 
and test new GPS receiver firmware.

The firmware, once tested, should yield significantly more occultations.

We will turn processing back on in 1-2 weeks after carefully vetting the 
results.
