[Wrf-users] clustering?

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to run wrf 3.8.1 on an 18 node cluster.

I'm initialing with GFS forecast files at 3 hour intervals.  I have 3 
domains, the smallest of which is 3.333 km.

The initialization at 00z seems fine, but as the run continues, some 
bizarre patterns emerge, and I'm wondering if there is a problem with 
the way the tiles are being put together?  Relevant images from the same 
time, each domain, appear below.

I'm guessing this isn't the first time this has turned up?  Any ideas?
