[Wrf-users] Calculating PBLH and TKE_PBL when switching off PBL scheme

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to calculate the boundary layer variables PBLH and
TKE_PBL when I have turned off the boundary layer scheme (domain resolution
is 333.33 meters). As of now, my PBL heights are staying around 16m and the
TKE is 0 throughout the day and night, which I know is not realistic. I'm
fairly certain it's because the model no longer calculates PBL-related
variables when the scheme is off. Is there already an algorithm out there
that does this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Dan
