Hello Saroj,
Did you build/run WRF with WRFIO_NCD_LARGE_FILE_SUPPORT=1 env variable?
The lack of this env variable can be a root cause of the problem you have observed with certain versions of NetCDF.
Regards,

Subject: [Wrf-users] File size exceed the limit of 1GB
Dear all,
I am using NCAR Cheyenne HPC for wrf simulation. It has mentioned that Job normally killed if output file size is greater than 1GB and it happens to my job. Do anyone have any idea in this issue?
Thank you in advance!!
Best
Saroj
