[Wrf-users] Problem gen_be utility

Hi Users,
I'm having a problem running gen_be to use CV5 background error covariance.
gen_be_wrapper.ksh runs completed and the be.dat can be found under $RUN_DIR
directory, but not created the directory $RUN_DIR/working.
I attached gen_be.log.
Does anyone know what would cause this error?
