[Wrf-users] Help needed for WRF on Ubuntu/Windows 10

Hi JP,

I would try to get WRF up & running following this tutorial first:
http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/OnLineTutorial/compilation_tutorial.php

I would stick to the libraries specified there but you can get the most
recent WRF/WPS version (3.8.1, which is what I did).

I followed this tutorial to compile both the WRF and WPS on the Raspberry
Pi (with a few changes).

Also, just in case, if you plan to use NCL later on, I would compile it
manually rather than getting it via apt-get, in my experience, the paths
are different so a lot of ncl scripts you found online won't work out of
the box and you will have to manually fix the paths on every ncl script.
