I have a case where coordinates of domain 1 seem to be influenced by
domain 2.
The attached figure (grid1.png) shows the xlong and xlat coordinates of
domain 1.
In the lower right a rectangular area is visible where the grid points
are slightly shifted.
A figure of domain 2 (grid2.png) is added to demonstrate that this
rectangle in domain 1 indeed coincides with domain 2.
In a third figure (intersection.png) I have plotted the longitude values
along a certain row. Longitude values clearly show discontinuities.
Please find attached the namelist.input and namelist.wps files used for
the run.
Hope someone can explain this strange behavior.
