[Wrf-users] Extracting WRF variables

Dear ALL
I want  to extract the following variables from WRF runs;

Relative and Specific humidity     at 850mb and 700mb and 500mb
*U V wind  850mb 700mb 500mb*
*and velocity potential for MAM season 1997*
when I check wrf runs using ncview i see 1D 2D 3D and 4D variables but i
cant get the variables there.

Is there special way of getting these variables
