Dear Yaoping,
as I see from your rsl. file, instability occurs from vertical velocity. I
suggest: Put the upper level damping flag damp_opt=1 and dampcoef to
something between 0.01 and 0.1. For me it works fine with 0.01 even in
steep mountains. If this still doesn't work you can try additionally to put
w_damping=1.
I hope this will help to get your run stable.
