[Wrf-users] model continues to run but with large cfl values exceeded from the first timestep

Dear users
The cfl error i am encountering is strange to me since I have run same
year  at same time step with success. I  did run spectral nudging with
success
but for now the model aborts at the first intergration time.
I have reduced timestep from 6*dx to 5*dx to 4*dx to 3*dx with no success


attached is my namelist.input and rsl.error.0000

Can some one show me where the probelm is  and how do identify the cause
prreviously I have been running model for 6yrs with success
