[Wrf-users] about restart

[Hong Li]

I think restart is a good backup point. If you run breaks somewhere, you 
do not need to start from beginning. You can start from the previous 
restart file if you save restart. I think 6 days, if you are interested 
in daily parameters, it is not necessary.
