Dear Mehraneh,


Usually restart run helps in continuing with the run when something happens
and your model aborts for any reason,in this case you don't have to start
running afresh , just begin from where the model stopped using restart
files. Normally its good for long simulations,
I guess you could review it here. For your case of 6days which could take
les than 2hrs depending with machine, you may not need restart run. But
option is upto you
