Hi Marzieh,

You error message is telling that "error opening
met_em.d01.2015-09-27_00:00:00.nc for input; bad date in namelist or
file not in directory".

1) At first go to your WPS directory and check whether
met_em.d01.2015-09-27_00:00:00.nc exist or not.
2) Have you got "Successful completion of metgrid." message after your
metgrid step?
3) If the above answer is yes then please check couple of variables
form "met_em.d01.2015-09-27_00:00:00.nc" file using ncview or any
other visualization packages.
4) As stated by Remi that make sure you have made a link of the
"met_em.d0*" files from WPS directory to your "real.exe" executable
run directory.

You are running a simulation with only 3 days prior data. I was
wondering which data your using.

Thanks
Kamal
