[Wrf-users] Missing data in WRFDAV3.7.1-testdata.tar.gz

Hi,

I noticed that in the WRFDAV3.7.1-testdata.tar.gz archive, as downloaded
from

http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/wrfda/download/testdata.html

the wrfbdy_d01 file is missing from the rc folder. The same file is present
in the 3.7 version of the same archive. I understand the file is needed to
run 4DVAR. Or has something changed since the last version?
