[Wrf-users] Making little r format manually via ASCII.

Hi ! Im a starter on OBSGRID for WRF. This is my second time to ask  few
questions regarding on producing little r format to be ingested on met.*
file produced by metgrid.exe .

I want to make my own little_r format by interpolating data from UW website
which will be found here :
http://weather.uwyo.edu/cgi-bin/wyowx.fcgi?TYPE=sfregion&DATE=current&HOUR=current&UNITS=A&STATION=RPLB

As you can see, numerous station parameter are already available on their
website in real time so I just want this information to write on a standard
little_r format for OBSGRID MANUALLY by using text editor programming in
linux.

Is this possible ? or there is a standard format concerned to write the
little_r format manually?
