[Wrf-users] Running verif_obs_time_series.ncl

[moudi pascal]

Dear Sir,I sussesfully ran plot_gts_omb_oma.ncl ncl.Now i want to run verif_obs_time_series.ncl, but i don't understand to which file  
read_headers = asciiread(run_dir+"header_main",-1,"string") is pointing for.
Could you please give me a workaround about that?My aim is running all the verification scripts for my domain (West Africa).

If "mapinfo_from_file=True", the script looks for a "netcdf" file by name "frame". Check for this file.

Are you sure that /home/igri/WORK_DIR/gts_omb_oma_01 exists?

Dear users, 
I would like to use plot_gts_omb_oma.ncl to measure quantities for each observation type, but  the program fails with:
fatal:NetCDF: Unknown file format
fatal:Could not open (/home/igri/WORK_DIR/gts_omb_oma_01)
(0)    Can not find the file /home/igri/WORK_DIR/gts_omb_oma_01  Will skip it

I don't understand why, since i am using  gts_omb_oma_01 in ascii format.Please help me to fix it. Find attached
