[Wrf-users] WRF compilation

Luis,

it's a problem with netcdf libraries in the link stage.

Edit configure.wrf and look for  LIB_EXTERNAL variable

You should have something like

-L/usr/local/netcdf/4.3.0/pgi/13.5/lib  -lnetcdf

replace by

-L/usr/local/netcdf/4.3.0/pgi/13.5/lib  -lnetcdff   -lnetcdf
