[Wrf-users] WPS Compilation Errors

Courtesy of wrf-help, I have fixed the WPS compile errors where several 'gomp' errors are returned.

Their solution was to simply edit configure.wps and add '-lgomp' to the end of WRF-LIB=. Then simply recompile.

This should fix this issue when compiling WRF-ARW as smpar and WPS as serial.
