Dear wrf-users,

I am running wrf-nmm.

I would like to extract the mixing length height into my post processed grib file using unipost.exe - but I am unable to do so.
I hope someone is able to help.

This parameter is definitely in the raw netcdf model output data as seen via ncdump -h:
float MIXHT(Time, south_north, west_east)

Following the documentation, I added the following lines to my wrf_cntrl.parm file before running unipost.exe:
(MIXHT HEIGHT ) SCAL=( 5.0)
L=(10000 00000 00000 00000 00000 00000 00000 00000 00000 00000 00000 00000 00000 00000)

However there is no mixing height in the grib file. There is no other parameter with the same Grib ID.
Is there something else that I need to do to have this included?
Any help gratefully received.

Kind regards,

Elisabeth
