[Wrf-users] Calculation of OLR, Reflectivity from model output

I want to know how the products like OLR and  Reflectivity are calculated from the 
from WRF output.  
The model generates the forecast fields of P, T, U, V, q for a given time. 
any information regarding this would be of great help.
