Hi Christel,

We had the pleasure to meet in Akure a while ago. Seems you are trying to drive WRF with MPI-ESM/Echam6-LR data. The rsl.errror.0000 file tells you that you have stability problems (violation of the CFL condition). First thing to check is that larger topographic features in your domain are sufficiently far away from the domain boundary (look at the hgt_m field in geo_em.d0*.nc).
