[Wrf-users] plotting freezing level

Hi All, 
I wish to plot the freezing level from WRF output. I am using following command. 

ga-> d fndlvl(tc,const(tc,0.0),lev=1000, lev=100)

But my output only shows the contours over the sea areas. land area TC=0.0 is not being plotted. 
One output is being attached (freez.png). 
 
Kindly suggest.
