Dear all

I have recently conducted a study over the Maltese Islands which lie in the
Mediterranean Sea using the WRF model mainly to validate the WRF wind
fields with those obtained from a wind mast.
One of the main problems encountered was that model considers the Maltese
Islands as only consisting of shrublands, which is not rightly so.
Do you have any suggestions as to how to go about this problem?
