[Wrf-users] error in plotgrids.ncl (using WRF model)

I have my NCL libraries installed in my home directory (having *bin*,*include
* and *lib* within *NCL* directory inside home directory)
I have copied plotgrids.ncl script and namelist.wps file within the bin
directory inside NCL.
I have also set the environment to NCARG_ROOT=~/NCL

on using the command:
$> ncl plotgrids.ncl

I am getting the following error:
