[Wrf-users] Unknown Errors in displayed Results from WRF-ARW:

Hi,
I am running a case in Malaysia with 2.93 and 101.7 as latitude and longitude respectively, using NCEP FNL 6 hourly 1 degree data to power the WRF-ARW model. The output I generated using the NCL script to display the temperature does not replicate real time data or forecast of the considered area from weather forecast. The areas of the map without settlement tends to have higher temperature than where there is settlement. 
The attached files contain pdf file showing frames for different results of the simulations, namelist.input & namelist.wps used for the simulations and also the the NCL script used to display the results
I will really appreciate if anyone could help me out.
