[Wrf-users] Error opening restart file for ARSC WRF Benchmark Suite

Dear All,
I 'm encountering a problem running the 9km case of the
http://weather.arsc.edu/BenchmarkSuite/ WRF benchmark suit. I modified
some of the variables in namelist.input to get wrf.exe to start up,
but it exits quickly with an error opening the restart file:

program wrf: error opening wrfrst_d01_2009-12-20_00:00:00 for reading

The restart file is present and accessible on the file system. This
happens both with and without MPI and for WRF versions 3.1.1 and
3.3.1. My namelist.input file is included below. Any guidance on how
to get past this would be most appreciated.
