[Wrf-users] Error in WPP

Dear all 
I am unable to run WPP and following are the details.  
1. I have set my TOP_DIR =/oprn/model/wrf3 (~/wrf3)
                     DOMAINPATH=  /oprn/model/WRFV3
                     WRFPATH=  /oprn/model/WRFV3 

2. I have made 3 directories in  /oprn/model/WRFV3 as  wrfprd (kept wrfout files), postprd (scripts and links to ther files), parm (Kept wrf_cntrl.parm file, which is copied from WPPV3/parm ). 
Now I am executing the following,

"/oprn/model/wrf3/WPPV3/sorc/wrfpost/WRFPOST.f", line 601: 1525-014 The I/O operation on unit 14 cannot be completed because an errno value of 2 (No such file or directory) was received while opening the file. The program will stop.

4. I am attaching the the run_wrfpost. 
Pls notice, I have mannually linked the files required. 
# Link Ferrier's microphysic's table and WRF-POSTPROC control file,

#ln -fs ${WRFPATH}/run/ETAMPNEW_DATA eta_micro_lookup.dat
#ln -fs ${DOMAINPATH}/parm/wrf_cntrl.parm .
#ln -fs /oprn/model/wrf3/WPPV3/parm/wrf_cntrl.parm .


5. I have kept wrfout.nc files in
