[Wrf-users] Sigma to height conversion

Could someone point me to what they consider to be the "best" FORTRAN code to interpolate WRF/MM5 data from pressure (eta/sigma) levels to height above ground levels?  Should I look in ARWpost? RIP4? GrADS? UPP?  Bonus points will be awarded if the code is in F90/F95.  I need to incorporate this into existing F95 code, not just use some external package, so the code has to be freely available.

Google finds many discussions of how to do this -- is there one "definitive" or "best" discussion?
