[Wrf-users] convert_emiss.exe is not creationg

Dear WRF users,

I am running WRF Chem, (Latest version 3.3.1) the convert_emiss.exe is not
creationg inside the WRFV3 directory but it is creating in the
WRFV3/test/em_real. The compilation log file am attaching. Will you please
help me to find out the error.
