[Wrf-users] Changing ASCII or binary format meteorological data to intermediate format

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am going to ingest new meteorological dataset with ASCII and Binary
format, and as you may know, it is needed to write a code in order to
convert ASCII or Binary format to WPS intermediate format. Have any one done
it before?
